Gingles Inspections provides you and your Realtor with a detailed narrative report. Some inspectors provide a “checklist” report that is filled with monotonous pages of check marks. You’re left wondering, “So?, What’s Next, Is that bad?” Our reports are delivered electronically and are informative, educational, and average 60 pages in length with photos.

If you prefer text, email, or a phone call, I am available. If you have a questions regarding the report, how to operate a system in your home, or need an opinion on a problem you encounter in your home — we are here to listen and help. Typically, the inspector will not answer calls while at an inspection to respect everybody’s schedule — just leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Insured
Have ease knowing that Inspector Gingles is insured and has appropriate licenses and certifications. Some amateur inspectors don’t carry insurance or have the appropriate licensing & certifications. Don’t chance it.
