Inspector Alex Gingles

Hi, I’m Alex Gingles, and I’m thrilled to be your home inspector. I’m a Certified Master Inspector that has been inspecting homes full-time since 2013. I really enjoy my job because it lets me help people achieve their dream of owning a home. As a home inspector, my main goal is to help you understand your home’s systems, identify any issues, and guide you on what to do next to fix them. When my wife and I bought our first house, our inspector didn’t do a great job, which inspired me to start my career in home inspection.

My wife Nikki and I have four kids: Ren, Lorelei, Layla, and Russell. We moved from the Kansas City area to Branson in 2021. Before the move, I ran a successful inspection business in Kansas City, where I worked on all kinds of homes—some brand new, others up to 130 years old—built with every material and method you can think of. This experience gives me an advantage over local inspectors here in Branson, especially when I come across unusual or old building materials.

We’re active in our local church, put all of my trust in Jesus Christ, and love spending time outdoors—camping, hiking, adventuring, overlanding, and exploring the mountains. Thanks for letting me help you and your family!
